This after school course is available to City of London Freemens School students only. There are 10 two hour sessions.
Shooting is a fascinating sport that promotes self-confidence, self-discipline, team-work and friendship. It is one of the Skills approved for the Duke of Edinburgh Award. We will take on one student at a time covering the volunteering aspect.

Mondays 4.15 to 6.15

Term ends: 25 March 2019
Note: There is no class on 18 Feb 2019
Fees: £210 for ten two hour sessions
Our classes are run in the Junior Hall
You may start at any time, please come into the Hall and speak to the Instructors.

Paying the Fees - COLFS will add these to your terms invoice.
Each session starts with a fun warm-up and then moves on to theory and practical exercises, ending with mildly competitive target shooting. There is a maximum of 2 shooters to each air rifle or air pistol and all students are fully engaged at all times. All students satisfactorily completing their first term will receive a Youth Proficiency Certificate in Target Shooting.
The course is run by instructors certified by the National Smallbore Rifle Association, shooting's governing body. All have current DBS checks and regularly coach young people.
